Professional Experience

Ross Burack focuses on both landlord and tenant representation throughout New York City. Ross was recruited by Jeff Winick to join the company following his graduation from Syracuse University with a degree in finance and real estate. He has since become the lead canvasser for one of the largest and most aggressive national tenants in the market, Duane Reade. Ross delivers hundreds of sites per year for the brand, in addition to his work for high-profile projects and tenants including Starbucks Coffee Company.

A native of Westchester, Ross comes from a family of real estate developers and has worked in the industry for several years.

Ross displays an inimitable entrepreneurial spirit both in his duties at Winick Realty Group LLC and in his outside endeavors. He was a runner up in the prestigious Triple E Competition at Syracuse University and, along with his brother, Ross co-founded the successful restaurant chain Choza Mexican Grill, which currently operates three locations in Manhattan.
