Professional Experience

Yoel Gorjian joined Winick Realty Group in 2015 and since then, has built up an extensive roster of landlord and tenant representation. Yoel has completed leasing transactions with trailblazing tenants such as Le Café Coffee, The Better Guys Hospitality Group (Miznon, Hasalon and more) and Patis Bakery along with many other reputable tenants. He has also worked exclusively in marketing retail opportunities for some of New York City’s top commercial landlords including Columbia University, The Durst Organization, Brookfield, The Moinian Group, Ashkenazy Acquisitions, The Cyprus Family, Klosed Properties and Fortuna Realty Group.

Prior to joining Winick Realty Group, Yoel gained first-hand experience in the real estate industry, serving as a residential leasing agent for Point-NYC, where he successfully focused on leasing residential properties throughout New York City, specifically in Gramercy and Murray Hill.

Yoel earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from Baruch College. He is fluent in Farsi and Hebrew.
